Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the GFX Enterprise platform, infrastructure, AI systems, APIs, and related services (“Services”) provided by GFX Enterprise (“GFX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This AUP forms part of the GFX Enterprise Terms of Service and applies to all customers, authorized users, and third parties accessing the Services.

1. Purpose

GFX Enterprise provides AI Core models, agentic intelligence systems, and enterprise infrastructure designed for lawful, ethical, and secure commercial use.

This Policy defines prohibited activities and acceptable conduct to ensure:

  • Security and system integrity

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Responsible AI usage

  • Protection of customer and end-user data

  • Operational reliability

2. General Use Requirements

Users of GFX Enterprise Services must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Use the Services solely for lawful business purposes

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Maintain appropriate security controls

  • Ensure proper human oversight over AI outputs

Customers are responsible for ensuring their employees, contractors, and end-users comply with this AUP.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use GFX Enterprise Services to:

3.1 Illegal or Fraudulent Activities

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Conduct fraudulent commerce practices

  • Misrepresent products, pricing, or availability

  • Engage in deceptive or misleading behavior

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets

  • Upload or distribute unauthorized proprietary materials

3.3 AI Misuse

  • Deploy AI systems for harmful, deceptive, or unethical purposes

  • Generate content that promotes illegal activity

  • Circumvent safety mechanisms or guardrails

  • Use AI outputs for unlawful discrimination or exploitation

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate AI Core systems

AI outputs must remain subject to responsible human oversight.

3.4 Security Violations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Circumvent authentication controls

  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Interfere with network performance or stability

3.5 Infrastructure Abuse

  • Excessive API abuse beyond contracted limits

  • Automated scraping outside permitted configurations

  • Resource exhaustion attacks

  • Unauthorized load testing

3.6 Data Misuse

  • Unauthorized access to personal data

  • Use of data in violation of GDPR, DPDP Act, PDPA, or other laws

  • Selling or sharing data without legal basis

  • Re-identification of anonymized datasets

3.7 Harmful or High-Risk Use Cases

The Services may not be used for:

  • Weapons development

  • Illegal surveillance

  • Political manipulation

  • Deepfake abuse

  • Social engineering attacks

  • Exploitative financial schemes

4. Conversational Commerce & Workflow Use

Where GFX Enterprise is used for conversational commerce, cart orchestration, or transaction workflows:

  • Customers remain responsible for pricing accuracy and product compliance.

  • AI-driven recommendations must not be used to mislead consumers.

  • Checkout flows must comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

GFX is not liable for misconfigurations introduced by customers.

5. Human Oversight Requirement

GFX Enterprise provides AI-assisted systems.

Customers must:

  • Maintain human review of high-impact decisions

  • Monitor AI-driven workflows

  • Implement governance policies appropriate to their industry

AI systems are assistive tools and must not operate without responsible oversight.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

GFX reserves the right to:

  • Monitor system usage for compliance

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Suspend or restrict access

  • Terminate Services for material breaches

In cases involving illegal activity, GFX may report incidents to appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to:

compliance@gfx.enterprises

Reports will be reviewed confidentially and investigated as appropriate.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

  • Warning notices

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent termination

  • Legal action

  • Financial penalties where applicable

Remediation may require corrective action plans.

9. Amendments

GFX may update this AUP to reflect evolving legal, regulatory, or technical requirements.

Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
